The location and the property is fantastic. The problem is the amenities and the staff. I had the same plastic glass for 4 days, never replaced and the maid did the minimim. The towels are of low quality, they just don't dry you at all after a shower. As for the staff, no one smiles and most, but not all, seem unhappy with the jobs they are performing, they just seem miserable. One waiter was the exception. If management could make improvements on the above listed issues, I would recommend the hotel and come back, but I am not.

This is the best hotel I have ever been! Everything is perfectly clean, warm, elegant... rooms are very comfortable and completely fit-out with all neccessary things to enjoy there..and beside that, there are many activities in hotel, like swimming, spa and beaty treatments, relaxing in caffe,..Food is perfect and very diverse, but the best thing is magnificent view to Cavalese and Alpes... Staff is very kind and generous..

I'v been few times in Hotel Lagorai. Never disappointed. Clean, cosy rooms, tasty food and very good service. Best place to stay during holidays. After day on ski slope you can relax in fantastic SPA - pool, saunas etc.
